Pedestrian
guardrail barriers provide a reliable access control solution and are commonly
found outside of schools and along busy roadsides in town and city centres.
Standard pedestrian guardrail systems are fabricated in-house
from 50 x 30mm RHS mild steel with 12mm infill bars. The barriers are galvanised
as standard.
Pedestrian guardrails are available in two standard designs:
- Sight-top pedestrian guardrail includes an infill free area at the top of the barrier to allow unobstructed view of oncoming traffic.
- Non-sight-top pedestrian guardrail has 12mm infill bars running all the way to the top of the barrier.
We can also fabricate a stainless steel pedestrian guardrail
system.
