Barricade supplied a large quantity of bespoke hardwood timber bollards, complete with mistletoe motif, to the brand new Tesco store in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire. Tenbury Wells is known as the Capital of English mistletoe and has long been associated with the plant. It is host to the annual mistletoe festival and the hardwood bollards pay tribute to the town's long association with the festive plant.
The large wooden bollards were installed around the perimeter and front of the store to provide an elegant access control solution, with some of the timber bollards fitted with galvanised and powder coated steel handrails.
The store was also fitted with various other products including stainless steel handrails, steel bollards and timber trolley bay shelters which provide the perfect blend of contemporary and rustic to the finished site.
