Barricade fabricated and supplied a range of bespoke bin storage compounds and Oakland cycle storage shelters to the new Altius housing development in London for Taylor Wimpey. We were involved with the initial design of the storage compounds and worked closely with Taylor Wimpey to ensure an elegant, durable and high quality finished product.
The bin storage compounds feature a 'hit and miss' hardwood timber slat design to give an attractive finish to the storage enclosure. The heavy duty, hardwood timber clad gates provide a lockable storage solution and allow for the safe and secure housing of bins and recycling units.
The Oakland cycle store features a heavy duty, galvanised internal steel frame which is clad in 'Cedral Click' to provide a unique, attractive and durable storage compound. The shelters are fitted with lockable hardwood timber clad gates with 'Maglock' locking systems to ensure maximum security for residents. A box corrugated roof is fitted as standard to provide a fully weatherproof shelter. The cycle stores are fitted with internal bicycle racks.
